Nasal problems after UPPP

I had UPPP surgery in July 05 and have had a series of health problems since then, detailed in the Awake in America website (http://awakeinamerica.info/2008/top-news/i-had-uppp-to-treat-apnea-now-im-paying-for-it/). Right now I am experiencing severe nasal congestion resulting in chronic post-nasal drip, chest congestion, and coughing. Due to a history of nosebleeds I am hesitant to go back on nasal sprays but I will check back with my ENT. What i am wondering is if anyone who has had UPPP has also experienced a worsening of nasal problems? I now call UPPP the "surgery that keeps on giving..."
