Please do not make a broad statement that surgery is not reversible.

A trach is reversible and it is surgery for those of us where it was the absolute last resort.

When I was told "trach or die" it was no hard decision to make.

I bought it and I am happy with it every day.

It may sound picky but I had to add my thought to your post.
