Mike (peacfulrvr) and I have been posting here for years together with our friend Carolyn. The three of us have been trached for a long time.

You may want to try a search of the entire site for my history under "Phil" or "trach".

Carolyn and I started the postings for "the hole in the throat gang" You may check that as well.

Mike has a long term site, his address is posted this week on this site.

In my case every avenue was exhausted until I was told to "trach or die", best help I ever had.
