I do not remember have the MMA option at all. I have to admit that I am not currently knowledgeable about MMA - what it is and how successful it is. We did have some knowledge of retrognathic surgery - i believe is what it is called where they break the jaw and move it. But when your obstruction is part throat and part nasal and extremely severe one surgery is seldom going to help. I have to get edumacated on this one. Thanks
