I am relatively sure that my MMA by Dr KL cured my UARS (OSA variant). My tongue no longer collapses in my throat, I no longer wake gasping or sweating, I no longer wake up soaked in sweat, I dont convulse in my sleep from lack of oxygen, I dont wake up in a brain fog anymore and I actually was able to clean the whole house the other day AND then go shopping with my baby in tow!! Before the surgery just doing one store shopping trip alone LET ALONE with baby I dreaded because I felt so tired, fatigued and awful.

So now I notice almost two months out some nights of sleep are amazing. Some are worse but that is like my best nights when I wore CPAP. I no longer use it. I am looking forward to a future sleep study to see where I am. My CPA-less scores back when were RDI 33 and AHI 3. The RDI is what was killing me. Im wondering if Im less than 9 or 7 or whatever but the recovery fatigue is playing a role. However I NEVER feel as bad now as I did pre surgery. I really wanted to disappear I felt so rotten every day then. Now Im filled with hope and getting things done!!

So Im wondering how long the fatigue lasted for some? To give an example, 4 hours sleep now for me is better than 12 pre surgery so I have many examples of success. Just wondering if fatigue might be keeping me in the 90% instead of closer to 99%

thanks!
