How long after surgery did you notice more energy? Obviously subjective, but for the majority of people, is it pretty soon?

I'm sure your body recovering and drugs don't help with noticing energy, but OSA is really affecting my life. I'm hoping MMA will make life much better; relationships and work specifically.
