I'd think the energy level is a good indicator of MMA success for you.

For most people, the fatigue can take closer to 6 months to really be gone. Even then it can appear sometimes when things get stressful.

Everyone's different, but I'd imagine you still have more gains ahead. Just remember that the energy increase will likely start slowing down soon.

This points out something I think is important - one should pay attention to how their life has changed after the surgery as much as (if not more than) their ultimate RDI numbers. You have cause to celebrate a major step in your life with all this energy.

I mean 4 hours now > 12 hours before? That's great!
