Ih ave always had nasal congestion from a deviated septum but after undergoing UPPP three years ago, the condition is MUCH worse. I feel like my drainage system is now totally out of alignment and that things supposed to move down my throat are now moving up. So, when considering UPPP, please proceed with caution (or as I would advise, don't proceed at all).
