Flip here, answering this question.

I do not use a measure for blood O2 except during a sleep study.

Without the mechanical breathing device it takes 2:30 minutes to deplete the O2 in my brain so I am sure it would be detected much before that.

With the pap and O2 added there is no problem and I sleep right through the night with no problems.
