Ok Who Do I go To?

I wasted my time at an ENT doctor this morning for my apnea, even though his secretary said "oh yeah sure, he does this surgery all the time". I believe I need to be looked at by an oral and maxofacial surgeon, correct?
Anyways, this ENT DID find a deviated septum and ordered a new CT scan, but said it is not the cause of my apnea as my apnea started in 2004 and my ct scan in 2007 showed no deviated septum, so he said "its just coincidence, not the cause of your apnea, but still needs surgery". Yet he won't fix my broken nose. Huh? And he cared not a bit about the large torus in my mouth. Ummmm lol

so anyways, should I be calling oral and maxofacial surgeons instead? Im kinda tired of fooling with ENT's. He is the third I have been to.
