Nasal surgery & cpap masks ?

I'll be having surgery to reduce the size of my turbinates, fix a deviated septum as well as a tonsillectomy in a month. Currently I use the Swift nasal pillows and was wondering if these can be used while I'm recovering from the surgery or if I need to switch a full-face type mask.

For those of you who have had the nasal surgery - could you breathe through your nose afterwards?

Since I like the nasal pillows and mainly getting my nose fixed to help me breathe better with them - I don't want to purchase another mask that will only be used for a couple weeks. -or in other words, I don't have the extra money to buy an extra mask...

- thanks
