I had my surgery with Dr. R of Dr. R and Dr. P fame from Stanford. I sould suggest you contact Dr. R's office and ask for a referral to Dr. R's dentist/orthodontist by the name of Dr. C who is located across the street from Dr. R's office.

So sorry about the cryptic (sp?) answer.
