Hi NoDozer,

Glad to hear you are recovering well I think the sleep takes
longer than we think sometimes I am also 3 mos and a week
out. I can say I am in somewhat the same boat on the sleep
front. For the last week every night was amazing, and I felt like a
kid again, every day energy all day. Morning til night!!! Then
more recently I I kept waking up soaked in sweat. on side on
back, it didint matter and my wife said I was breathing fine (She
is a light sleeper). So in my case I believe it is stress causing the
problem, and when I cut out cafeeine and started excercising
the light switch came on for me. I excercised when I felt tired
and that generally rejuvenates me like a cup of coffee. I think
drugs have a HUGE effect on sleep.

I think patience and losing weight, eating healthy and
EXCERCISE really help you find where you are. I mean I feel like
today I slipped backwards, but overall the trend has been
constant improvement. I have had days now where I couldnt
believe I felt so good. Like I could congquer the world!! Before
surgery...not a chance. I wish you better sleep soon and hope for
the best!
Sturmer
