Hi Sleepdeprived:
So good to hear back from you. I hope you will be at the Sunnyvale
reunion this weekend. I will follow up on your recommendation for
Dr. C. tomorrow. Would love to hear more about your experience
with this surgery. i'm scheduled with dr. R and Dr. P for sometime
in 2009--will have a follow up appt with Dr. R in October.
