Sorry for all the questions, but here goes:

Did the Dr give an explanation as to why your mma/up3 didn't improve your sleep?

Did he mention beforehand that your large tongue might have to be dealt with after up3/mma.

Did you see xrays proving it opened up your airway?

Is it possible the surgeries were not done correctly?

Is it possible you were not selected correctly for the surgeries? Did you get 2nd opinions?

Are most of your events obstructive?

Have you checked for other issues that could result in sleepiness - thyroid, etc?
