Don't let that AHI number confuse the issue. It does not tell the whole story, and I'm a believer that for some people, airway obstruction results in disrupted staging and causes the sleeper to awake before the event becomes qualified as an Apnea or Hypopnea.
I'm no Dr, but when a person gets to a place like you are at, another RF treatment or even GA is likely not to get your sleep fully fixed.
My suggestion is to find a good Dr. One that doesn't have a treatment bias and will consider all options, even MMA.
Also, consider having that UP3 looked at to see if it hasn't made things worse.
And make sure that something isn't getting worse in the turbinate and tonsil areas.
As for being overweight, it can make a big difference for some people. You might try loosing a few just to see.
