Yes, I agree on AHI. I had a sleep study about two years ago where I was have a lot of trouble sleeping. And they discovered that I was starting to have event each time that I just about fell asleep, and it brought me back out of sleep. That very much agrees with what you're saying about it. They raised the pressure, and that got me past getting to sleep.

I lost 20 lbs over the last two years, but it didn't really help my apnea. I know weight does affect most people, but I suspect I've had this all of my adult life, and I was 132 lbs (and a serious runner) in college. That was 20 years ago. But I even had symtoms back then, though not as severely as now.

Another Dr told me the UPPP looked very good (somebody in totally different practice then the one who did it).

I've read your blog over and over again. I really appreciate it. It has very well educated me on ups and down of an MMA.

I'm hoping upenn guys will evaluate me to figure our where the issue is, and figure out what the best solution is.

And I also agree on the RF and GA. I've been fretting that one of them might get part way there, and leave me stuck at not full resolved. But at least the RF stuff is fairly easy to deal with.

Thanks for your help.
