How small was your airway before the surgery? I think that is probably the biggest consideration regarding how far to advance. I think I was advanced 14mm which approximately doubled my airway diameter.

How frustrating you're getting different opinions from your ortho and surgeon. I'd get the three of you on a conference call and get that settled.
