As others have posted, yes there are some things that can reduce apnea, but how much?

The fact is, apnea is a silent killer. It raises your chance of heart disease significantly, while supressing your immune system.

It's really not something to just live with, especially if it is moderate to severe. And how would one know that unless they got tested?

Fear of CPAP is extremely common, but CPAP is the BEST known treatment ofr apnea - bar none.

Surgery is ONLY a viable option for those who do not respond to/tolerate CPAP.
