In Michigan and pondering over MMA

Folks,

I have been a ardent fan of Sleepnet for years, now.

I am considering the to make the quantum leap into MMA.

Do you know of any place in and about Michigan that can do a clean job?

I know Stanford has a big following, but if I were to consider a surgery there, how many trips and how many days of stay do you foresee.

How long does this process of planning for the surgery to actually getting it done takes?

The logistics seems like a mammoth of a task.

Please advise. Thanks.
