Consider an eval at the Univ of Michigan in Ann Arbor. I heard the sleep surgery team has a good reputation. Try the ENT, oral surgery,and sleep disorders dept for referral to the most appropriate medical dept. for you. I live in the Bay Area,and I find the logistics of this MMA/GA surgery planning quite challenging--lots of dental and ortho appts, not to mention sleep clinic appts, surgeon appts, as well as appts with 3 other medical specialists. I completely admire folks who come to Stanford for surgery when their residence is elsewhere. Good luck with your search in Michigan.
