Just had surgery still tired, help!

I am 21 yrs old, 150lbs, 5'10. After CPAP failed to help my main problem from OSA, "daytime sleepiness", i have had the following surgeries "tonsils/adnoid removal, deviated septum corrected, turbinate reduction, MMA"

A little over 3 weeks ago I had the UPPP, partial glossectomy, and tongue base somnoplasty done. When I went back to my surgeon I informed him that I still am feeling tired like before. He told me that it is too soon and that the most results occur 4-6 weeks.

When I sleep, the only unusual thing people say they notice about me is that my mouth is open and my tongue is arched up. The tip of my tongue rests right behind my front teeth. So when you look in my mouth you see the bottom of my tongue (hope that makes sense). My friends have taken pictures of me cause its so unusual. I have always believed that is the cause of my problem. If my tongue would just stay horizontal like a normal tongue, it wouldn't block my airway. I am strictly a mouth breather also.

This disorder is ruining my life, i cant function like the average person, if the procedure i just had doesn't show results in the next few weeks, does anyone have any ideas on what surgery would work? it seems so stupid and simple what my tongue is doing yet i have had so many surgeries and it still does the same thing. Also, does anyone think the tongue base somnoplasty will help prevent the front of my tongue from going up?

Thanks
