I am in TX and I went to Dr P&R at Stanford. Check my blog. The travel was not the hassle I thought it would be - actually a slight benefit. If you don't, just make sure you get a surgeon who has done MMA/GA for many years, preferably weekly or more, and FOR APNEA. Also make sure he will see you through if you need more treatment or things get complicated.
