Thank you for responding. This is my third ENT and all have said I need some soft tissue removed. But this Dr. (Dr. T.) is the only one that wants to do a sleep endoscopy first to see where the obstructions are. I have also seen three different O and M Surgeons and have choosen Dr. G. who is the Dept. Chair. for a major hospital in Houston Tx. I feel comfortable with these guys. I will have a cocktail of surgeries and then after the braces (and the upper jaw expansion) have prepared my bite I will have the MMA/GA. The only reason I have agreed to the cocktail of surgeries prior to the MMA/GA is because I desperately need some relief. I have 409 episodes a night. Thanks and I will keep everybody posted.
