Wow, that is good infor Captain. That info is dead on and is exactly what happened to me. For those who do not know, i am the guy on here with a ruined voice and continued osa after mma. Not only did hypernasality result , but the resonance was goofed up in my voice. In my case, ther was the surprise of a slight submucous cleft palate, so it was a perfect storm for me. My my, is there anyone around who has done well with the palate procedures? Of course now , i am in a perfect catch -22 as anyting that moves jaw forward..which i do need (again) for osa, will then make the velopharyngeal incompetence worse. Great fun. IM SO MAD THINKING ABOUT IT NOW, IM GONNA QUITE TYPING
