Arch bar removal stirs things up. You are still only 7 wks and have more swelling than you realize. That could account for the breathing and the closure issue, but do tell your Doc.

As for the tmj stuff, I had the muscle twitching stuff for a couple of months - maybe 3. And a bunch of strange sensations at random times, but especially while falling asleep. It takes months to get the jaw working normal again.

You just need some more time my friend.
