I simply wanted to share my experience in finding a surgeon who went the extra mile and gave his patients the personal care. I myself do not see or talk with patients on the weekends or after hours except for an emergency. I am sure most of KL's patients have his cell phone number after the operation because I did. He did his best to take care of me and I mean HE did, not another physician. I was also contacted by him by email/calls after I went home because he wanted to know how I was doing. I think the verification would be best by others that have been operated by him. If you were operated by him and your blocked nose was ignored, your airway was not checked before discharge, your calls that were non-emergent were ignored, your request to see him on the weekends for stuffed up nose or some non-emergent problems were disregarded, or you only had some flunky instead of KL taking of you, and then speak up. I am not implying that KL is the world's best. I did receive that special personal attention which I find lacking in most physicians today. If you were well taken care of by a special surgeon, you should share your experience. If the webmaster finds this post a bit unorthodox for this site, then he/she can just delete it.
