In regards to MMA, do they implant anything into the patient? I hear they implant screws and stuff. Is that true?

Also, I have mild apnea, isn't MMA for more severe sleep apnea? In fact, one of my ENT's said all I need to have is an adenoidectomy and a uvuloplasty to solve my problem.

I have really bad nasal congestion and I definitely need to get that solved.
