Hey listen man,

There is a book called "The Promise Of Sleep". It is written by the most experienced sleep doctor in America named Dr. William C. Dement. Check his bio on wikipedia. You should read what he says about UPPP in the chapter on sleep surgery. He gives a very candid and accurate description of UPPP, LAUP, radiofrequency and MMA.

It is well worth the read. Before deciding on surgery, you have got to have the information to make an informed decision.
