Hi ya'll

I am having a septoplasty, turbinate reduction and a sleep endoscopy on the 24th of this month. Who out there has had these procedures done? What can I expect as far as recovery time, pain, swelling? I asked my Dr. about the pain and he said there would not be any. I find that very hard to believe. Should he have given me a prescription at the preop for pain after surgery. Does that come after the surgery? I would feel better having a prescription so in case the tylenol doesn't work. Should I sleep sitting up for a couple of days? I will be off work from the 24th till the 2nd of March but am going to Dallas to consult with Dr. LW for the MMA/GA procedure. I did not tell my Dr. that I would be traveling. Does anybody know if it is ok to travel. Dallas is about 4-5 hours from my hometown. I have to have a MRI and then the next day consult with Dr. LW. What do ya'll think? Thanks, Silvergirl
