1. I presently do not use the CPAP at all. I still have it, but just don't using it.
2. The mouthguard is the normal mouthguard that is sold at Walmart for 97 cents. It will only cover one row of teeth, which in this case would be the top row. Not sure exactly how it works, but it works to keep the airway open a little more than normal.
3. I am a disabled veteran and I seriously doubt that the VA will pay for a sleep apnea test for this. I still carry the sleep apnea diagnosis, but for now anyway, this works to manage it and I choose to do it this way.
