I've thought of setting this up a few years back. I've always liked the idea. Had thought about using it more in the Insomnia and CPAP area but it could work here also.

I searched and wasn't able to find software that was affordable, I could understand and/or implement without giving control over to another site.

Sleepnet is on an Unix Apache web server so it fairly flexible.

Additional information:

It would be nice to have a ratings system set up where there would be several variables for each non-cpap treatment. One method would be having a 1-5 scale for 1- pain, 2- would I do it again, 3- effectivness of procedure, 4- cost etc. along with a box for a comment.

It would also be helpful to have an overall rating that is automatically updated with every entry.
