Thank you for your answer. May I ask you one other thing. What about the duration of positive benefits of a traditional UPPP. Elshaug says that the benefits of UPPP only last 12 to 24 months. Do you think that Elshaug is right that the benefits only last 12-24 months? I know that you do not practice traditional UPPPs, but most people do not have access to advanced surgeons like you. Most people are getting the run-of-the-mill UPPP or LAUP where their uvula is removed. Based on what you have seen working in the field, do you think Elshaug is right in saying that those people would only get 12-24 months of positive benefits?
