I really think that this matter is important. I think what you say is right, and I accept that results don't last forever. On the other hand, Elshaug is talking about only one year or two years. That period of time is *really* short. Dr. Li, I do understand your answer. You are emphasizing is that this is true in *some* patients. I get it. But, I just want to understand this. To clarify, would you go as far as to say that *most* patients (the average joe who gets the average UPPP) get more than one or two years benefit from UPPP?

Thanks again for your answer, and I am really happy that you will post your opinion on whether patients should go straight to MMA or not. You said that in the majority of cases, you do not believe in the staged approach. I think you are onto something. I am looking forward to it.
