My surgeon thinks i need a modified uppp. He said my uvala is long, my soft palate is very long and the skin (cant remember the name) on the sides of my uvala need to be trimmed. Did say he would leave some of the uvala. Ya'll are really scaring me. I have only met my Dr. once but I know he is qualified. Should I ask him if he is going to be conservative with the soft tissue removal. I do not want to insult him. I have been to six ent's and four o and m surgeons I am tired and really need help. silvergirl
