Dirtywater,

I am intrigued with your case. I have often complained about "an inability to get a satisfying deep breath or yawn". Its like ill try and get a good deep breath , but it doesnt "take", i.e. satisfy. Ive wondered if there is a faulty brain problem. I did handle alot of leaded gasoline as a youngster playing with engines. i had it on my hands, and breathed it alot. Also, I feel off a slide at age 7 at school and was told it made my eyes dart around in my head. Lord, those were differenbt times, now theyd call a whole army of paramedics. They didnt call for medics or document anything in my case.
I also was told by one sleep doc that i may have delayed sleep phase as well, I kinda think i do, as I do best if allowed to sleep a normal 8-10 hours, and then "resleep" another 4 -6 hours. Then I will stay up for along productive day. I am planning another MMA (first one was botched)and am often scared that it will only help so much, because Ive always had a weird night schedule and, especially since about age 30, this deep breath syndrome.
