I understand your thinking but I must disagree. As I mentioned, the mucosa is different. The mucosa does not keloid as the skin. I certainly agree that everyone heals differently, but that goes with any operation and UPPP is no differnt. I have stated the reasons why UPPP is a flawed operation and how you can easily avoid side effects and complications.
I understand your point with patients worsening following UPPP. There are several possibilities and I can explain them in later posts.
