Sister, to tell you the truth, I think that you should wait until after the MMA, then reassess. I see this as the most conservative path. I think you have nothing to lose in doing so. If I were in your shoes (which I am not), I would get the MMA, then wait about one year, and then get a PST sleep study. At that point, I would reevaluate as to whether or not to get further surgeries. The thing is that if you need the UPPP, then you can have it later, but perhaps you might not even need the UPPP. I don't see why you need both at the same time. Why all the hurry? I mean.... is there a fire or something?
