Sorry to deep firing off questions regarding my situation with the incompetent pharyngeal flap. Dr LW at Baylor would put in a fat graft from abdomen in my palate. This really has more to do with the occult sub-mucous cleft than LAUP (I guess). Well, I hear that some prefer Gortex implanting as the fat is supposed to dissolve back into body. Then , others say Gortex can cause alot of problems. Any thoughts?
