I would like to see some updated feedback on Provigil also. When I read some of the past post, it seems to eventually give a lot of people with sleep apnea a little breathing problem. I guess that's why it's mostly talked about on the narcolepsy forum. I'm scared to try this drug because of my severe macroglossia at the base of my tongue, which seems to obstruct my breathing during the day. Living alone, I'm not to confortable with trying it.
