I believe he meant exercising... He also suffer from OSA and started on de CPAP a month ago, after my years of complaining about his snoring. He believes his snoring got worse lately, since now he hears it too. Since my hubby he put on some weight lately, he believes diet and exercise would do a great deal. It would be true, if I wasn't just way too tired to do anything :(.
