As I wrote to silvergirl, loosing weight helped a lot. For me, this involved a diet and a lot of exercise (4 to 8 hours a week). But, the results are not stable.

In Europe, UPPP is more and more considered as a failure of the past, a dream that did not come true. Many of the patients were not cured, and are not happy to have gone through that, few feeling as guinea pigs. The "fashion" now is MMA. Hope it works and lasts.

In any case, sick people need will and courage to fight against illness. Here, I personnally believe that we need to fight against the "too tired" feelings for exercise, against fear (and having some time patience with orthodontie) to get MMA. This forum, which is great, and the related blogs, help me a lot. I hope it helps you. Good luck.
