The forum Is helping me a lot! Oddly, I am not scared at all of the MMA, and it seems this lack of fear makes my family and friends think I'm either not aware of the surgery or somewhat 'crazy'.
I think the true is that we are the only ones that know what it is to try live with chronic sleep deprivation.
About exercise, I do agree with you, it just a hard fight I'm getting to slow and steady. Thank you a lot for your help!
