Thanks for the information. It never occurred to me that a psychiatrist would be best but it sounds right. I will think about making an appointment with one; the side effects of some medications are unbearable but maybe i could find something acceptable. Got the braces Monday; this has made feel that at least something is being done. Waiting to hear from my insurance co. and then my surgeon and if i am lucky the surgery will be scheduled sooner than later. Silvergirl
