So it is an MMA , along with the other procedures he outlined , that you are getting, right? I have heard he is now doing tmj's any time he does mma...but dont quite believe it. He is , btw, the best tmj surg there is. Yes , I agree, he is the best at spending time/explaining. How did you like that special writing table he has you sit by. He actually called me on a sat morning....gee wiz, the fool who botched my mma here in Birmingham didnt even visit me post -op until day 3. I too dont know what the horrible BCBS will pay, i have given up fighting them. Their staff lady says get the ins company to promise they will pay, and get it in writing. That's impossible. She also warns that they may pay as little as 4% of his bill. Have you heard of the "gap exclusion"...a concept that one guy on this board used to get ins comp to pay? I think LW is the one we want too.
