Yes, I will have a mma, uppp (his modified version)tmj repaired. Yep it seems that he will fix and repair any and everything once he is in. Actually don't really remember the writing table i was more interested in the these ruler like things he used. The ortho he referred me to called me last tuesday night at home to discuss some stuff; i was impressed too. My insurance company called the gap exclusion the network deficiency. My ins. told me they were trying to find an in network Doctor to do the surgery (in Houston) I told her good luck. I don't understand why they care; don't they pay out of network Dr.'s less and the insured person pays more? Anyway this will be a learning experienc and I am documenting everything each time I speak with someone from my ins. co. I am determined to use him; from what i can gather he is the best on this side of the country. Did you get your braces? Do you stay at the Baylor Plaza Hotel when you go? It is very convienent.
