Maybe if you speak to the Department Chair at the Dental School and explain your situation they might try to fast track you time in braces. What area are you from? Check with the hospital maybe they have a shuttle for the airport. Also request a social services person before your surgery they might be able to help with some of the expenses. Some organizations will help you with your dental and medical bills. Were diagnosed with any facial (deformaties) I was. This could be to your advantage for getting assistance. I am going to look for a site that might help you and email it later. Good luck and hang in there. Silvergirl
