I was told by Dr LW , Baylor, that my jaws were not moved at all post MMA. I did have a little jaw and actually requested a genioglossis(?) advancement on lower chin. It improved my looks greatly...which is the only good thing that occured, as my voice was ruined. I would ask him to computer generate a face for you. Little jaws are better to start with when getting mma.
