I love the Comments from the Sleep surgeon section. The only thing I worry about is that the valuable comments might get buried. The reason is taht the heading "Comments from the Sleep Surgeon" does not tell the people what the topic is. For example, suppose that somebody comes on the board in six months time, and looks through the entries. They might be searching for information about say "nasal turbinate surgery" for sleep apnea, etc. Unfortunately, then they cannot easily find which of the sleep surgeons comments pertain to nasal surgery. Would it be better to write as a Subject Heading: "Sleep Surgeon on Nasal Turbinates", or something like that?
