I think that you should go to Palo Alto to seek out expert medical opinion at Stanford Univ. and to talk to people such as Dr. Powell or Li.

I understand that in some people, the AHI stat does not correltate perfectly with the quality of sleep.

For what it is worth, I went there, and I found a good strategy that has enabled me to have made the right decision. Although I am not entirely cured, I am much better off now.
